when the scene with her and the pizza guy is starting it crashes. any solutions? sorry for the mistakes but english is not my first language

There's a moment at the beginning of the game where she's opening up to you and you have to make a choice but you can't chose the second one,Is it like this for some reason, like, I have to pay for the patreon or is for plot reasons? (sorry for my bad english, and anyway this game is awesome!)
